Once we receive your returned product, we will review it. If it meets the return guidelines stated above, we will proceed with the refund. Please note that refunds may take a few days to process, and you will be notified once the amount has been credited back to you.
Shipping
Pure Pro Health is not responsible for return shipping costs. All return shipping expenses must be covered by the customer. Even if the item was initially shipped for free, the return shipping cost remains the responsibility of the customer.
